Shipping policy
an integral part of the Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This Policy governs the terms of delivery of goods and the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract. Claims relating to defective or non-conforming goods are governed separately by the Complaints and Refunds Policy.
PART I. SHIPPING
1. Delivery destinations
1.1. We deliver within the Republic of Bulgaria and to other countries from the European Union.
1.2. Available delivery destinations are displayed at checkout.
2. Couriers and delivery methods
2.1. Deliveries are carried out by Econt and Speedy and, for other countries, also through their partner courier networks, either to a specified address or to a courier office.
2.2. Where more than one option is available, the Customer selects the courier and delivery method at checkout.
3. Delivery timeframes
| Stage | Timeframe |
| Order processing | 3 business days from payment confirmation |
| Delivery within Bulgaria | 1–2 business days after dispatch |
| Delivery within the EU | 5–10 business days after dispatch |
3.1. The stated timeframes are estimates. Order processing may take longer for limited-edition collections, during promotional periods and on public holidays.
3.2. In the event of a delay, we will notify the Customer at the email address provided when placing the order.
3.3. If the Seller fails to deliver the goods within the agreed period, the Customer may grant an additional reasonable period for performance. If delivery is not affected within that additional period, the Customer may terminate the contract and obtain reimbursement of the amounts paid.
4. Shipping costs
4.1. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the order is finalized.
4.2. Shipping costs depend on the destination, selected delivery method, shipment weight and volume, and the applicable courier rates.
5. Shipment tracking
5.1. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the Customer will receive a tracking number at the email address provided.
6. Incorrect delivery details
6.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
6.2. Where a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or the Customer’s failure to accept delivery, the costs of reshipping shall be borne by the Customer.
7. Receipt of shipments and damage in transit
7.1. Upon delivery, the Customer is entitled to inspect the integrity of the packaging.
7.2. If the packaging shows visible signs of damage, the Customer should record this in the courier’s delivery documentation and notify us as soon as reasonably practicable, enclosing photographs of the packaging and the goods.
7.3. Failure to make such a notation shall not prejudice the Customer’s rights in respect of any lack of conformity of the goods.
7.4. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon receipt of the goods.
PART II. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
8. Scope of application
8.1. The right to return goods within 14 days without giving any reason applies exclusively to persons qualifying as “Consumers” within the meaning of the Terms and Conditions.
8.2. This Part does not apply to Customers acting in the capacity of traders.
9. Withdrawal period and procedure
9.1. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer, takes possession of the goods. Where several goods are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
9.2. Withdrawal must be communicated by an unequivocal statement sent by email to hola@lostbandidos.com or by post to: 14 Kesten Street, Entrance V, Floor 2, Apartment 4, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria. Withdrawal may also be exercised online using the “Withdraw from the contract here” function at the bottom of each page of the Website, subject to Clause 8.3 of the Terms and Conditions.
9.3. The model withdrawal form (Annex No. 2 to the Terms and Conditions) may be used but is not mandatory.
9.4. The deadline is met if the withdrawal statement is sent before the withdrawal period expires.
10. Return of goods
10.1. The goods must be sent back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the Consumer notified the Seller of the withdrawal.
10.2. Goods may be returned by either of the following methods: via Econt to the “Sofia Cherkovna” office, 10–12 Maragidik Street, Sofia, Bulgaria, addressed to MIYAMMI-29 EOOD; or via another courier or postal service, including from another country, to: 79D Sitnyakovo Boulevard, Floor 2, Apartment 39, 1111 Sofia, Bulgaria.
10.3. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer. The estimated cost of returns from Bulgaria is between EUR 3.49 and EUR 5.14; for returns from another country, the cost is determined by the rates of the courier selected by the Consumer. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of dispatch.
10.4. Where the return is due to a lack of conformity of the goods or an error attributable to the Seller, the return costs shall be borne by the Seller.
10.5. Shipments sent cash on delivery or marked “at the Seller’s expense” without prior agreement will not be accepted.
11. Permitted examination and trying-on
11.1. The Consumer may inspect and try on the goods to the extent that would be permitted in a physical retail store, solely to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
11.2. This includes briefly trying on clothing at home.
12. Inspection of returned goods
12.1. To document the condition of returned goods, the opening of each returned parcel is video-recorded. Information on the processing of personal data in this connection is set out in the Privacy Policy.
12.2. A representative of the Seller shall inspect the goods and prepare a written inspection report supported by photographic evidence.
12.3. Where a diminution in value is established, the Consumer shall be notified by email and provided with the findings, photographic evidence and amount of the deduction. The video recording will be made available upon request.
12.4. The Consumer may contest the findings within 3 days.
13. Diminished value of goods
13.1. The Consumer shall be liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
13.2. The Seller may deduct from the amount to be reimbursed compensation corresponding to the actual diminution in value.
13.3. Each item shall be assessed individually. The following criteria are indicative:
| Condition identified | Indicative diminution in value |
| Goods showing no signs of use; removed labels that can be reattached | No deduction |
| Minor, removable traces (slight perfume or deodorant odour); goods can be restored through cleaning | Up to 15%, limited to the cost of cleaning |
| Visible signs of use reducing the value, but goods remain suitable for resale at a discount | 20–40%, depending on the findings |
| Permanent damage — signs of washing, tears, stains or persistent odours | Based on the actual diminution in value established in the inspection report |
13.4. Any deduction shall not exceed the actual diminution in value and must be substantiated in the inspection report.
14. Refunds
14.1. Reimbursement shall be made within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, subject to the Complaints and Refunds Policy.
14.2. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or the Consumer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
15. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
15.1. As at the date of the last update, the Seller does not offer any goods excluded from the right of withdrawal. Should such goods be offered, the applicable exclusion will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page before an order is placed.
16. Exchanges
16.1. An item may be exchanged for a different size or model, subject to availability and payment of any price difference where the replacement item costs more than the amount paid by the Consumer.
16.2. Exchange requests must be sent to hola@lostbandidos.com.
16.3. Exchanges are offered as a commercial service and do not restrict the Consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal.
